Ok. Told Virgil about my story that I was drunk last night and messed up the pm I sent him about the seer.
Which is not even a lie or anything! So god won't hate me.

Since I'm sure our flimsy defenses of "I was AFK... yeah for like 24 hours!" and "SORRY DRUNK TYPOS" are unlikely to actually save us, if we can, we should try to vote me out, since egos SHOULD have a guard, if they buy an assassinate, it would be best if it targeted you. I'm not really sure how to pull that off, maybe we have to hope that Virgil decides I am more suspicious.
If he posts both of our names into the thread as candidates, you guys should vote for me, is probably the one major route where we could do it UNSUSPICIOUSLY but I guess we'll see.

no, i didnt say i was afk, i said i sent the order in to blarney, but then got no response, as if i had never made the bid.
so then a few minutes later i said "oh, i realize why, its because i forgot to write egos name into the pm, so i effectively bid for nothing"

ok. this is really weird.
Day 3 - I tried to investigate Virgil. money taken but stored in the central office. didn't know what that meant.
Day 4 - I figured I would just add a little more money and investigate SeGaTai. which came back as a financial seering.
Day 5 - In my results it says that my previous investigation bid on Virgil followed through but no info was allowed to be found.
all pretty weird and sucks. But at least I've stolen the seer two days in a row. cost $3k total but I think that's pretty cheap for what could have happened.

Uh. The money stored thing is because our bids are delayed one day. I'm not sure why Virgil was delayed two days and Segatai was instant, might be an error, but Virgil's block is because he was guarded. Might've been nice to know you were doing this before though  |

I'm sort of confused though. It sounds like tons of seerings have been taking place, like more than 2/night?
Maybe I've just miscounted, but the way I see it we couldn't have been seered yet (except maybe last night). So that's promising?

I was confused mostly by the delay in the Virgil investigation. And it sounded to me first the money would go toward my next investigation. That was my own confusion. But I have mention the info previously: this is what I'm thinking of doing: Betting $600 on Señor Finance Investigate Virgil_Leads_You with a bid of $2100. To avoid anyone using one of the seering. I feel like if bid on the investigate, at least I'll get the money back if it fails. comments? I stole one of the investigations. SeGaTai has $1092 in funds. only put down $500 in bets last night. salary of $350 for him. I'm just over $2000 atm. I think we had too many people betting on Thumb last night cause I did too. Not much to report back with Gaslight. he looked into shabooty the other night and said they looked "normal" from only seeing financial details. |
